SLE Adult Patient Survey – 45 Minutes = $50 Visa Gift Card
This survey focuses on adults diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus. Patients with only lupus affecting their skin (cutaneous lupus/discoid lupus) are ineligible for this survey, because they are studying issues unique to systemic lupus erythematosus.
The new LFA online survey is seeking 500 lupus patients over 18 years old to answer questions about their lupus in a confidential survey. The survey’s goals include understanding the patient experience with lupus, their symptoms, treatments, health care costs and the impact of lupus on patients lives. Each participant that completes the 45 minute survey will receive a $50 Visa gift card.

Caregivers of Adult Patients with SLE Survey – 15 Minutes = $30 Gift Card
A second counterpart survey relates to caregivers of lupus patients. This survey only takes about 15 minutes and will survey about 250 caregivers across the United States. LFA is looking for participants who are 18 years or older and are caregivers of an adult (18 years or older) who have been formally diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus (but not patients with only cutaneous lupus.)
